  • Cup Water

Directions

  • Halve the apricots and remove the pit. Slice the fruit into two pieces cut down it in small pieces and place them in Juicer
  • Add Honey or Sugar With 2 cup water in Blender
  • In your blender blend the apricot with water and sugar until no lumps are visible.
  • Strain if you like, I do not strain mine.

  • Select apricots that are always firm to the touch for juicing. Unripe apricots are firm and yellow, whereas the mature ones are soft and orange.
  • You should never juice more apricots than you can or intend to eat. Ripe apricots should be refrigerated for no more than three to four days, same applicable for apricot nectar or juice.
  • Straining your apricot juice will result in a finer-textured beverage, but it will diminish the nutritional fiber level, which is beneficial in diseases such as constipation.
